Interactive art experience: Emotional Sculpture. Visualize Your Feelings with Clay [2 hours]
Emotional Sculpture
Visualize Your Feelings with Clay
A 2-hour guided art experience
Max 4 people group session
Location: 12 rue Clamels, 75018 Paris
Shape what you feel. Connect with what you didn’t know was inside.
This is not a typical ceramics workshop. It is a personal, one-of-a-kind encounter between you, the clay, and your emotions.
Led by artist Eri Maeda, this 2-hour session invites you into a quiet and reflective space to create a small, abstract sculpture that gives shape to your inner world.
Through gentle conversation, memory-based prompts, and intuitive hand-building, you will explore and express your feelings in physical form. No previous art experience is needed.
Whether you are navigating change, seeking healing, celebrating something important, or simply curious, this experience offers space for meaningful creative exploration.
What to Expect
A calm, 2-hour session in the artist’s studio
You’ll begin by reflecting quietly on a feeling or memory that’s present for you.
Then you’ll explore the clay with your hands, letting your emotion guide how you press, squeeze, and shape it.
From there, you’ll refine the shapes that emerge into a small sculpture that expresses what you’re feeling.
You’ll choose and apply colors that connect to your emotion or the story within your piece.
Finally, you’ll spend time observing your finished sculpture and reflecting on what it reveals to you.
Who This Is For
People interested in self-discovery and emotional expression through art.
Individuals, friends, or partners who want a shared reflective experience.
Those who value personal growth and connecting with an artist’s practice.
No prior experience with clay or art is necessary.
Why This Matters
This experience gives you space to slow down and listen inward.
It offers a tactile, intuitive way to explore your feelings and see them from a new perspective.
The sculpture you create becomes a lasting trace of your inner process.
For example, if you remember a time of personal growth after a hardship, your sculpture might include delicate curves or intentional cracks, symbolizing strength through vulnerability and repair.
You’re welcome to join with friends who you can easily share your feelings with.
1 person: 250 euros : Private one on one session
2 people: 450 euros : 225 euros per person (-10% )
3 people: 600 euros : 200 euros per person (-20%)
